Integral Focus Support and Care Services is positioned to hold a very good reputation for managing complex care packages and maintaining high standards of care for both children and adults. At Integral Focus Support and Care Services, we have a wide range of clinical services that are tailored to meet the individual needs.<\/p>

These range from Learning Difficulties (from mild to severe needs); Traumatic & Acquired Brain Injuries (including\u00a0 Physical Disabilities & Rehabilitation, Emotional support, Social interaction \/ Confidence skills, Daily living support);\u00a0 Neurological\u00a0 Care and Dementia (including AVM, Epilepsy);\u00a0 Spinal Cord Injuries (Tracheostomy care, changes Bowel and Bladder Management, Ventilator support) and Paediatrics\/support for Children. We are positioned to provide our clients with services that many health care companies shy away from such as Peg Management which revolves around the care of the PEG feeding tube. We also specialise on colostomy bag management and Tracheostomy care. All of these care tasks are hard to find as they are special skills and need high maintenance as well as constant attention towards the medication and the physical condition of the patient. Above all, we maintain regular check to avoid a risk of infection.<\/p>

Many of Integral Focus Support and Care Services\u2019 clients are supported with nursing care in their own home, instead of having to be in a nursing home. Our health care assistants are trained and supervised to support with various complex medical interventions to ensure that our clients\u2019 care needs are met.\u00a0 We are positioned to work closely with the Continuing Health Care Team to organise care packages that are NHS funded. This includes fast track cases, complex and 24 hour care across London, Kent, Surrey and Essex. With a unique understanding of CHC teams\u2019 requirements, we adhere to the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare at all times.<\/p>
