Living Scheme. These can vary from different client groups and including residents seeking asylum, refugees and children leaving care. Our supported living is where a small number of our clients share a home and have their own tenancy agreements. We provide a carefully selected team of staff to support people living in our Support Living Scheme.<\/p><p><strong>The types of service we provide include:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>personal care<\/li><li>health and well-being<\/li><li>household management<\/li><li>support with finances<\/li><li>skills and independence<\/li><li>community access<\/li><li>benefit maximization<\/li><li>employment support<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Rights, responsibilities and community participation<\/strong><\/p><p>Each person has his or her own support plan, developed with the individual in consultation with his or her family, friends and advocate. Our approach is flexible and tailored to meet needs, wishes and aspirations.<\/p><p>By providing the right kind of support and guidance, Integral Focus Support and Care Services determine to give our clients the skills to live independently, feel comfortable within their environment, build relationship and feel a sense of community.
